Overdraft Plus Opt-In Form

Due to recent changes in legislation (Regulation E), we are required to have all members opt-in to receive/keep Overdraft Plus on their signature-based debit card transactions. If you do not contact us or return the authorization form, you will be unable to access Overdraft Plus through your debit card.

This program benefits you by allowing us to cover your unexpected expenses, so that you are still able to pay for groceries, gasoline or a needed prescription. In addition it also saves you the embarrassment of having your purchases declined. These examples, along with many others, are reasons for utilizing this safety net - and reasons it should remain available to you and your family.

You can opt-in to the Overdraft Plusprogram by:

  1. Completing an online form.
  2. Printing an authorization form and mailing it to us.
  3. Visiting a Century Credit Union branch.
  4. Calling 636-464-5037.

If you do not contact us or return the form, you will be unable to access Overdraft Plus through your debit card until you opt-in.
